The Opti-Logic RS100/RS400/RS800 units are Laser Rangefinding instruments that output measured distance readings to an RS-232 compatible port. The range data can be output as either raw (relative) or calibrated (actual) distances. This information can then be used in many and various applications. The RS100, RS400, and RS800 units offer similar operation features, with the only difference in the units being the sensitivity to range 100, 400, or 800 yards, respectively. Applications for such units include traffic safety, marine safety, precision measurement, altimeters and much more.
